This policy describes how AlphaTrend handles information when you create an account and use markets, portfolio, watchlist, reporting, and community features.
Account details (such as name, email, and password hashes), profile and preference data, portfolio and watchlist holdings you enter, community posts and messages, uploaded files, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
We use your data to authenticate you, provide product features, personalize navigation, send optional product notifications you enable, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Content you mark public or share in community spaces is visible to other users per those settings. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) that process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
We retain account and product data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operations or legal obligations. We apply access controls and encryption in transit; sensitive broker tokens are encrypted at rest when encryption keys are configured.
You can update profile and privacy settings in-product. Contact us if you need help exporting or deleting account data subject to legal retention requirements.
